Start with the basics we need to price your order
The quickest way to get an accurate quote is to share the practical details upfront. Tell us what type of bag you need, how many units you want, where they must be delivered and when you need them by. If you already know the branding method, such as screen printing, embroidery or debossing, include that too.
We also need your artwork if it is ready. A clear logo file helps us check print size, stitch count or layout before we price the job. If the file is not final yet, send what you have and we can still guide you on the next step. The more detail you give, the less back and forth later on.
- Bag style and colour
- Quantity required
- Branding method
- Logo artwork or rough concept
- Deadline and event date
- Delivery town or branch area
How the quotation process works
Once your enquiry comes in, our team reviews the product, artwork and timing. We look at stock availability, production method, lead times and whether your job needs split delivery or event kitting. If the request is urgent, we check what can be done inside your deadline before confirming anything.
After that, we prepare a written quotation with the item cost, branding cost and any setup or packing charges that may apply. If you are ordering for more than one branch or office, we can separate the delivery plan so your Pretoria, Cape Town or Durban teams receive the correct quantities. That keeps admin simple and avoids mix ups.
What affects the price of custom belt bags
Pricing depends on the product you choose and how it must be finished. A small run with one colour logo is usually priced differently from a larger order with multiple branding positions or special packing. If you need embroidery, debossing or a combination of methods, we will calculate that based on the actual work involved.
Delivery also matters. A single drop to Montague Gardens will be priced differently from split delivery to Johannesburg, Pretoria and Gqeberha. If your order is for a conference, roadshow or staff handout, we can also quote on bulk packing so the bags arrive sorted and ready to issue.
- Order quantity and repetition of artwork
- Print or stitch area on the bag
- Type of branding and setup time
- Packaging requirements
- Delivery route and urgency
Artwork checks before production starts
Before anything goes into production, we check that your logo is suitable for the chosen branding method. Some artwork works well for screen printing but may need adjustment for embroidery or heat transfer. If your logo has fine detail, small text or low contrast colours, we will point that out early so the finished bag looks clean and readable.
We also confirm positioning. On a belt bag, the logo has to sit in the right place without interfering with zips, seams or pockets. For event teams and corporate giveaways that means the finished product looks tidy and the branding stays visible. Our production lead and artwork specialist handle those checks before sign off.
Rush orders, split delivery and event kitting
If your deadline is tight, tell us straight away. We handle rush orders where stock and production capacity allow, and we will be honest if the timing is too short. For launches, conferences and roadshows, split delivery can be useful when one office needs samples before the main shipment arrives.
We also assist with event kitting, where each bag is packed with inserts, cards or small items for handout. This is useful for exhibitions, staff packs and client gifts. Our quality checks make sure the quantity, branding and packing list match before dispatch, so your team is not left sorting things on the day.
- Fast turnarounds for approved jobs
- Separate deliveries to multiple branches
- Pre-packed event units for easy issue
- Quality checks before collection or courier dispatch
Where we support enquiries from
Our base is in Montague Gardens, Cape Town, with support for customers across the country. Whether you are ordering for a corporate function in Sandton, a government event in Pretoria, a retailer in Durban or a conference in Gqeberha, we can quote for your area and timing. We also assist nearby Western Cape clients in Bellville and Somerset West.
South African event schedules can be tight, and many teams work around load-shedding, municipal access rules and venue cut-off times. That is why it helps to include the venue town, delivery access notes and preferred receiving contact when you enquire. It lets us plan the job properly and avoid delays.
