We are based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town, and supply clients across South Africa. Our team handles orders for Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Gqeberha, with support in Bellville and Somerset West for Western Cape clients. For larger orders we can arrange split delivery to different branches or event sites if needed.

How quickly we respond
During business hours, most enquiry forms are answered within one working day. If your order is urgent, mention the event date clearly in the first line of the form so we can flag it for rush orders and faster planning. For bigger corporate runs, a bit of lead time helps with sampling, artwork and quality checks.
We also factor in local courier timing, load-shedding delays and seasonal pressure around month-end events, so it is best to send your request as soon as possible. That gives us time to check stock and confirm production slots, rather than leaving things to the last minute.

Once we have your details, our team can guide you through branding choices, packing and delivery. We handle logo printing, screen printing, embroidery, debossing, event kitting and product sampling. If you need one parcel sent to head office and another to a venue, we can plan the split. Small typo in an order form can be fixed quickly, but please double-check names and numbers before submitting.

A practical note before you submit
If your delivery address is in a coastal area such as Durban or Gqeberha, tell us if the bags will be stored near humidity or transported for a few days before handout. That can affect packaging choices and timing. For Cape Town and Johannesburg events, include venue access details if there are security gates or strict receiving hours. It helps us avoid delays and get the order to the right place first time.
