1. Use of this website and your acceptance of the terms
This website is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd for BeltBag Branded, based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. By visiting the site, browsing its pages or submitting an enquiry, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or security.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, copy site content for resale, or use any form, image or product description in a way that misrepresents BeltBag Branded. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the site.
- Use the site only for genuine business enquiries.
- Do not submit false, incomplete or misleading information.
- Do not interfere with forms, servers or security controls.
2. Information on products, branding and lead times
We supply custom-branded belt bags and promotional bags for corporate events across South Africa, including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Gqeberha. Product details, decoration methods, lead times and availability are given in good faith, but may change without notice depending on stock, artwork approval and production capacity.
All branding methods, including screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery and debossing, are subject to material suitability. Some items may show natural variation in colour, finish or stitch alignment. This is normal in promotional production and should be allowed for when placing an order, especially where rush orders or split delivery are requested.
- Colours may differ slightly from screen to final production.
- Samples are indicative and not a guarantee of the final outcome.
- Bulk orders may require approval of artwork and layout before production starts.
3. Enquiries, quotations and order confirmation
Enquiries submitted through our contact page are reviewed by our client services team and may lead to a written quotation. A quotation is not an order until it has been accepted and confirmed in writing by BeltBag Branded. Pricing may change if specifications change, if quantities are adjusted, or if artwork supplied is incomplete or requires extra setup.
It is your responsibility to check all order details before approval, including bag type, branding position, colours, quantities, delivery addresses and event dates. Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs. Please review the wording on proofs carefully, as a missed detail can delay dispatch.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
- Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance and any required deposit.
- Urgent jobs are accepted subject to capacity and material availability.
4. Artwork, approvals and customer content
Where you provide logos, copy or artwork, you warrant that you have the right to use those materials and that they do not infringe another party’s rights. Our artwork and branding specialist may prepare layouts for printing or embroidery, but final approval remains your responsibility before production begins.
We are not liable for spelling mistakes, low-resolution files, incorrect brand colours or layout errors that were approved by you. If file quality is poor, we may ask for new artwork before proceeding. This helps protect the finished product and reduces avoidable rework, which saves time for everyone.
- Supply artwork in a usable format where possible.
- Check all names, numbers and logo placement before approval.
- Approved proofs are treated as final instructions for production.
5. Delivery, quality checks and risk
We carry out quality checks before dispatch and may arrange bulk packing, event kitting or split delivery where agreed. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, courier delays, load-shedding, municipal restrictions or address access issues. Coastal humidity and handling conditions can also affect packaging in transit.
Risk in the goods may pass to you once the order leaves our control or is collected by your nominated transport provider. Please inspect goods promptly on receipt and report any visible damage or shortage within a reasonable time so we can assess the matter. Minor variation between samples and final production does not constitute a defect.
- Inspect goods as soon as they are delivered or collected.
- Report shortages, damage or obvious errors without delay.
- Keep packaging and labels where a claim may need review.
6. Limits on liability and legal matters
To the extent allowed by South African law, BeltBag Branded and Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, missed event opportunities, or losses caused by incorrect instructions supplied by a customer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute should first be raised with us in writing so that it can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved without escalation. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
- South African law applies to these terms.
- Unenforceable clauses do not affect the balance of the agreement.
- We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will apply to future use of the site.
