What we look for in new team members

We hire people who are reliable, organised and ready to do quality work from the first order to the final pack-out. Our team handles corporate event supply for Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Gqeberha, so we need people who can keep pace, follow instructions and work neatly even when the order sheet is full.

Experience helps, but attitude matters just as much. If you are careful with detail, comfortable with practical tasks and willing to learn product processes, you may fit in well. We value people who take pride in getting names, logos and quantities right the first time.

The roles we usually hire for

We recruit for a mix of office, production and warehouse support roles. Depending on the season, we may look for people with skills in client service, artwork setup, printing support, quality control or dispatch coordination. Some roles are client facing, others are hands on and suited to someone who works well with stock, labels and packing lists.

  • Sales and client service support
  • Artwork and branding assistance
  • Production and printing support
  • Dispatch, packing and quality checking
  • General operations and stock control

If you have experience in promotional products, garment decoration, fulfilment or event supply, that is useful. We also welcome candidates who bring strong admin discipline and steady follow through.

How the workday runs in our Cape Town base

Our base in Montague Gardens is busy, practical and organised around deadlines. Some days are focused on sampling and artwork approvals, other days are about bulk packing, split deliveries and making sure event stock leaves on time. During load-shedding or peak order periods, planning matters and every hand on deck counts.

Because we supply across South Africa, people in our team need to think ahead. That means checking quantities, confirming branding requirements and keeping an eye on delivery timing to different towns and sites. It is the kind of work where a missing label or a late call can cause problems, so accuracy matters.

Skills that help you do well here

We appreciate people who can work steadily, communicate clearly and keep records in order. Some tasks involve careful measuring, some need a good eye for colour and print placement, and some are about loading boxes without damage. On busy days especially, you need to stay calm and practical.

  • Attention to detail on branding, counts and labels
  • Good time management and basic admin habits
  • Comfort with repetitive but important tasks
  • Ability to work with a team and take instruction
  • Respect for stock, client files and delivery schedules

We also value people who understand that coastal humidity, heat and transport conditions can affect stored goods and packaging. A careful approach saves rework and keeps clients happy.

Training, quality checks and growth

New team members are shown how we handle artwork approvals, product sampling, branding processes and dispatch standards. We do not expect you to know everything on day one. What matters is that you learn quickly and apply the same standard every time, whether the job is for 20 units or 2 000.

Our production lead, client services coordinator and dispatch supervisor work closely with the rest of the team to keep work moving. People who show initiative, consistency and a willingness to improve can grow into more responsibility over time.
